قررت محكمة جنايات جنوب القاهرة برئاسة المستشار شبيب الضمراني تأييد قرار منع سفر كل من أحمد محمد غنيم، وحسام الدين علي، وإسراء عبدالفتاح، وأسماء محفوظ.

وكان النائب العام قد قرر منع سفر الأربعة وذلك لكونهم على ذمة التحقيقات في قضية تمويل منظمات المجتمع المدني منذ ديسمبر عام 2014، وتم تقديم تظلم على هذا القرار والذي نظر اليوم وحكمت فيه المحكمة برفضه وتأييد قرار منع سفرهم.
