تحكم هذه الاتفاقية استخدام الموقع (وفقاً لتعريفه الوارد في هذه الاتفاقية) للمتاجرة من خلال الإنترنت في: أسهم الشركات المساهمة السعودية وأية استثمارات أخرى يمكن أن تدرج في نظام تداول الذي تشغله هيئة السوق المالية, وكذلك أسهم الشركات المتاح تداولها بالأسواق –البورصات- العالمية ( الخليجية ، العربية ،الشرق الأوسطية ، الآسيوية، الأوروبية، الأسترالية ، الكندية والأمريكية) والتي توفرها الجزيرة للأسواق المالية لعملائها

This agreement governs the use of the site (as defined in this Agreement) for trading through the Internet at: shares of Saudi companies and any other investments that could be included in the trading system operated by the capital market authority, as well as shares of companies traded on the market available-exchanges-universal (Gulf Arabic, Middle Eastern, Asian, Australian, Canadian, European and American) and provided by the island's financial markets to its customers

This Agreement governs the use of the site (according to the definition contained in this Agreement) for trading through the Internet at: Saudi shares of joint stock companies and any other investments may be included in the trading occupied by the Capital Market Authority system, as well as shares of companies available traded markets -alborsat- Global (Gulf , Arabic, Middle Eastern, Asian, European, Australian, Canadian and American), which offered the island for financial markets to its customers
