3. يخصص من الباقي من الأرباح بعد خصم الاحتياطي النظامي و الزكاة مبلغ لا يقل عن (5%) خمسة بالمائة من رأس المال المدفوع للتوزيع على المساهمين طبقاً لما يقترحه مجلس الإدارة و تقرره الجمعية العامة.
