يحرر العقد من نسختين باللغة العربية

يحرر العقد من نسختين باللغة العربية والانجليزية (إذا دعت الحاجة لذلك) على أن يكون النص العربي هو المعتمد ويتم توقيعها من الطرفين بعد استكمال الإجراءات اللازمة وفق جدول الصلاحيات المالية والإدارية ويسلم الموظف نسخته ويتم الاحتفاظ بنسخة الشركة في ملف الموظف.

Results (English) 3:

The contract is from Arabic and English versions, if required, the Arabic version is signed by the parties, completing the necessary procedures according to the financial statements. Administrative and employee received copies and company copies are retained in employee's files.
