و في حالة إنجاب طفل مريض، أو من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة؛ فللعاملة الحق في إجازة بأجر كامل لمدة شهر واحد بعد انقضاء إجازة الوضع، و لها تمديد الإجازة لمدة شهر دون أجر.
