فإذا لم يستطع الطالب الإجابة على الخمسة أسئلة يحصل على خمس ضربات بالعصا. كما ان بعض المدرسين كان يزيد من عدد الامتحانات من غير سابق إنذار. المهم كان الجميع في الصف متذمرآ، وربما لم نفهم مغزى زيادة الأسئلة والامتحانات الطارئة. ولكن الإحتمال الأكبر كان القصد منها مصلحتنا وتأهلينا للامتحان النهائي لتلك السنة من الدراسة.
