يواجه رؤساء اللجان الكثير من الضغوط الداخلية التي يمارسها زملاء العمل و القادة الاخرون، لتحقيق مصالح او منافع معينة، و كذلك يعانون من الضغوط الخارجية التي يكون مصدرها المجتمع المتمثل في الاهل و الاقارب و الاصدقاء، و من لهم علاقة برئيس اللجنة او اصحاب السلطة في المنظمة، مما يدفعه إلى مراعاة مصالح تلك الاطراف عند اتخاذه اي قرار
