3-2 يتحمل الطرف الأول المبالغ المسد

3-2 يتحمل الطرف الأول المبالغ المسددة من الطرف الثاني إلى مقدمي الخدمات عن المدة التالية لتاريخ انتهاء عقد الإيجار، وعليه يلتزم الطرف الأول بتسديد هذه المبالغ إلى الطرف الثاني.
