تعديل المادة 33 من قانون الأحداث 42

تعديل المادة 33 من قانون الأحداث 422/2002 بفقرتيها الثانية والثالثة لجهة توحيد طرق المراجعة بالقرار الصادر عن المحاكم العادية ومحكمة الأحداث بتحديد العقوبة والطعن بهما معاً، بحيث يُحال الحكم الصادر عن المحاكم العادية مباشرة فور صدوره وقبل إنبرامه إلى محكمة الأحداث لتحديد العقوبة والتدبير.

Results (English) 1:

Amendment of article 33 of the juvenile code 422/2002, the second and third paragraphs to standardize review decision of the ordinary courts and juvenile court sentencing and appeal them together, so that the sentence be referred directly to the ordinary courts immediately after its publication before anbramh to the juvenile court for sentencing and measure.
