نشر تفاصيل الشراكة هذه أو أي موضوع يراه الطرفين يساهم في تحقيق أهداف المذكرة في وسائل الإعلام المحلية والدوليّة ذات الصّلة وذلك لتسليط الضوء على الجهود التي تبذلها إدارة الحصر في مكافحة التّجارة غير الشّرعيّة في لبنان.
