يعقد الاجتماع الأول لهيئة مالكي الصكوك بدعوة من الشركة المصدرة خلال شهر من تاريخ انتخابهم، وتنتخب في هذا الاجتماع من بين أعضائها رئيساً لها ونائباً للرئيس، وتقوم بتعيين أمين للسر.
