8. عملية التقييم والمتابعة والتوثيق محور رئيسي في ادارة المشروع وامتلاك هذه المهارات على الصعيد المجتمعي بحكم غاية المشروع في تعزيز قدرات المجتمعات يتطلب بناء القدرات في مجال التقييم والمتابعة والتوثيق في هذا المجال الى لجان التوعية المجتمعية والمنسقين/ات الميدانيين في كلتا الدائرتين، وايضا تدريب اعمق على اعداد تقرير تقدير الاحتياجات المجتمعية اخذين بعد النوع الاجتماعي في التخطيط والتنفيذ والتحليل.
