يبذل المدير القدر المعقول من العناية في اختيار الأطراف المفوضة أو ذات الصلة والبنوك المراسلة والوكلاء ووسطاء الأوراق المالية وأمناء الحفظ بالنسبة لأصول حساب الاستثمار وأمواله أو
استثماراته، ولكن المدير لن يتحمل أية مسؤولية عن أية خسائر أو أضرار أو التزامات مالية أو مسؤوليات أو مصاريف يتكبدها العميل نتيجة لفشل أي من هؤلاء الأشخاص المذكورين في أداء أعمالهم
بدقة أو في الوقت المعتاد أو المطلوب ما لم يكن ذلك ناجم عن عمل احتيالي أو تقصير متعمد أو إهمال فادح.
