13.1 إطلع أعضاء مجلس الإدارة على بيان موضح به تفصيلياً النصوص الواجب تعديلها في النظام الأساسي للشركة، مع نص كل مادة قبل وبعد التعديل، كما إطلع الأعضاء على توصية اللجنة التنفيذية بهذا الشأن، ونسخة من الشكل النهائي لنظام الشركة المعُدّل.
13.2 أفاد عضو اللجنة التنفيذية الأستاذ عبدالملك الصانع، بأنه من المقرر أن تجتمع اللجنة خلال الفترة القادمة لمناقشة وبحث هذه التعديلات مع بنود أخرى، لذا فإن اللجنة لم تتمكن من رفع توصيتها لمجلس الإدارة وطلب تأجيل هذا البند لحين إجتماع مجلس الإدارة القادم، وهو ما وافق عليه نائب رئيس مجلس الإدارة وجميع الأعضاء الحضور.
13.3 أكّد نائب رئيس مجلس الإدارة المهندس عبدالعزيز الغنّام على أهمية إرفاق نسخة (Marked-up) مع بيان التعديلات المدخلة على نظام الشركة الأساسي، بحيث تسهل عملية المقارنة عند إطلاع أعضاء مجلس الإدارة عليها، وقد أيّده في ذلك جميع أعضاء المجلس، ومشددين بذات الوقت على أهمية بحثها من قبل اللجنة التنفيذية أولاً لتتمكن من رفع توصيتها لمجلس الإدارة وفي المدى الزمني المحدد لذلك.
