5. انخراط النساء في العمل الطوعي عبر لجان التوعية المجتمعية او التاهيل في مجتمعات محافظة وتقليدية الى حد ما، ساهم في تعزيز مشاركتها في الحياة العامة وتبيان قدرتها على النجاح في دورها المجتمعي والاعتراف بان لها ادوار قادرة على اثبات نفسها فيها، غير الدور الانجابي الذي ارتبط بها واقتصر عليها وفق الثقافة المجتمعية التقليدية السائدة.
