تكون غ ا رمة التأخیر مساویة ل 2٪ من قیمة العقد عن كل أسبوع یلي الأسبوع الأول أو أي جزء منه، ویشترط في جمیع
الأحوال ألا یزید مجموع الغ ا رمات على 10 % من اجمالي قیمة العقد، ویفرض الطرف الأول الغ ا رمة على الطرف الثاني بمجرد حدوث
التأخیر، ودون الحاجة لانذاره أو اتخاذ أي إج ا رءات قضائیة، أو إلى اثبات الضرر الواقع على الطرف الأول، والذي یعتبر متحققا حكما بمجرد التأخیر.
