ومن الشروط الواجب توفرها في هذه اللجان ان يكون لدى اعضاء اللجنة الخبرة الكافية والمناسبة للعمل الموكل اليها. وان يكون عددهم مناسبا وطبيعة المهمات الموكلة لهم. اضافة الى وجود علاقات ودية وايجابية فيما بينهم (القدومي، 2005).
