 أقر العميل أنه قد قرأ وفهم بيان الكشف عن مخاطر شبكة الإنترنت المرفق مع هذه الاتفاقية كملحق (أ) وإضافة إلى ذلك ودون إخلال بما ورد في الملحق (أ) المرفق بهذه الاتفاقية (بيان الكشف عن مخاطر شبكة الإنترنت) فإن العميل يدرك ويقبل بكافة الأخطار المتعلقة بأنظمة الدخول عن بعد بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا للحصر احتمال اختراق العمليات السرية للعميل واحتمال حدوث تدخل طرف ثالث وأي مخاطر أمنية من أي نوع سواء ورد ذكرها في هذه الاتفاقية أو لم ترد.

 client acknowledged that he had read and understood the risk disclosure statement, the Internet came with this agreement as an attachment (a) and in addition and without prejudice to what is stated in the supplement (a) annexed to this Convention (statement of disclosure on the risks of the Internet), the client understands and accepts all risks related to the remote entry systems including but not limited to the possibility of penetration of undercover operations for the customer and the possibility of third party intervention and no security risks of any kind, whether stated in this agreement or Did not respond.
