لقد وافقت الجمعية العمومية للشركة المنعقدة بتاريخ 12/06/2011 على اقتراحات مجلس الإدارة بخصوص تحويل مبلغ 110.196.181 ريال سعودي من الإحتياطي العام إلى الإحتياطي النظامي ، وكذلك تثبيت الإحتياطي العام بعد التحويل بمبلغ 31.438.298 ريال سعودي وإيقاف تكوين الاحتياطى العام إعتباراً من أرباح عام 2011
