6. بالنسبة للوحدات العقارية التي تستحق أجرتها بعد تاريخ انتهاء عقد الايجار فيقوم الطرف الأول بتحصيلها من المستأجرين من الباطن، ويلزم بتسديد مستحقات الطرف الثاني منها - إن وجدت- و المتعلقة بالمدة السابقة على تاريخ انتهاء عقد الإيجار.
