وعلى كل شخص مقيم في لبنان أدى تعامله مع شخص غير مقيم الى توجب الضريبة، أن يتأكد من أن لهذا الأخير ممثلاً في لبنان ، وفي حال عدم تعيينه، يتوجب عليه تأدية هذه ا لضريبة والغرامات المستحقة الى الإدارة الضريبية، مع الاحتفاظ بحقه بملاحقة الشخص غير المقيم.
