ويُشكّل المركز التربوي للبحوث والإنماء قاعدة المعلومات التربوية على المستوى الوطني، بحيث يعنى بوضع المؤشرات للنظام التعليمي اللبناني ومتابعة تطورها، وكذلك إجراء الدرسات الإحصائية الأساسية عن مختلف مكونات النظام التربوي.
