وقد تم الاتفاق صراحة بين الطرفين بأنه وبمجرد صدور إشعار من قبل أمين الإصدار و/أو الجهة المصدرة بخصوص اعتبار بدلات الإجارة عن باقي مدة العقد حالة فوراً وصيرورتها واجبة الدفع ومستحقة الأداء فوراً، تصبح بدلات الإجارة عن باقي مدة الإيجار مستحقة الأداء، دون الحاجة لاتخاذ أي إجراء بهذا الخصوص، وتلتزم حكومة المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية بدفعها فوراً للجهة المصدرة، وكذلك الوفاء بأي التزامات أخرى بموجب هذا العقد.
