يسهم اللجوء إلى اللجان في تجميع و تكامل سلطات عدد من الاعضاء، تكفي لإتخاذ القرار و تنفيذه، فلا يمكن إلزام العاملين في أي إدارة بتنفيذ قرار اتخذه مدير إدارة أخرى إلا بإتفاق بين مديري كلا الادارتين. و هكذا تفيد اللجان في الحصول على تأييد العاملين للقرارات في ضوء مساهماتهم في عملية اتخاذ القرار

Contribute to resort to committees in the assembly and integration of the authorities of a number of members, enough to make the decision and implement it, we can not compel workers in the management of the implementation of any decision taken by the Director and other management only by an agreement between both administrations managers. And thus benefit the committees to get support for the decisions of workers in light of their contributions to the decision-making process

Make use of the collection and integration of authorities of a number of members, enough to make a decision and its implementation does not require working in an administration decision execution the director of the other but a deal between both of the two departments managers.So according to the committees in order to support personnel decisions in the light of their contribution to the decision-making process.
