6/2 أن لا يقوم بتشغيل المصنع إلا بعد استخراج رخصة تشغيل من "مدن"، وفي حالة مخالفته لهذه الفقرة يحق "لمدن" تطبيق الشرط الجزائي المنصوص عليه في المادة السابعة من هذا العقد، خلال المدة التي يتم فيها تشغيل المصنع بدون رخصة تشغيل.
