رسوم المستشار الشرعي يتحملها مدير الصندوق و على اي حال يحتفظ مدير الصندوق بالحق في تغيير تلك الترتيبات في المستقبل. كافة تلك التغييرات تبقى وفقًا على اعتماد مجلس ادارة الصندوق و وفقا للوائح هيئة السوق المالية و موافقتها، و سيقوم بتغيير شروط و احكام الصندوق ان وجدت و إشعار مالكي الوحدات وفقًا لمتطلبات الاشعار المنصوص عليها باللوائح ذات العلاقة

All those changes remain in accordance with the adoption of the Fund's Board of Directors and in accordance with the regulations of the capital market authority and consent, and will change the terms and conditions of the Fund, if any, notify owners of units in accordance with the notice requirements set forth in the relevant regulations
