توجد في المكتب بعض السياسات والإجراءات المكتوبة بالإضافة الى بعض النماذج الخاصة بالموظفين ولكن لاحظنا عدم وجود دليل شامل للموظف يشتمل على المعلومات التي يجب أن يتعرف عليها الموظف عند تعيينه مثل متطلبات الاستقلال و سياسات التقييم والترقية ، وقواعد سلوك وأداب المهنة وغيرها . نوصي باستحداث دليل شامل للموظف يشتمل على المعلومات المهنية الهامة للموظف بالإضافة الي قائمة دورية محدثة بعملاء المكتب
