أنه لم يتم الرد من الاساس على الملاحظة بل إرفاق صورة المذكرة الداخلية كرد عملي ولكن تكرار الخطأ بطريقة أخرى وذلك في مذكرة دوام عيد الفطر المبارك - علماً بأنه تمت المعالجة في حينه
