(1) تلتزم الشركة المصدرة بدعوة مجمو

(1) تلتزم الشركة المصدرة بدعوة مجموعة مالكي الصكوك لعقد اجتماعهم الأول خلال شهر من انتهاء عملية التخصيص للصكوك المعروضة؛ لانتخاب هيئة مالكي الصكوك، وذلك عن طريق توجيه دعوة إلى مجموعة مالكي الصكوك ترسل بالبريد قبل (14) أربعة عشر يوماً على الأقل من تاريخ عقد الاجتماع، وعلى الشركة المصدرة الإعلان عن هذا الاجتماع في إحدى الصحف اليومية التي تصدر باللغة العربية مرة واحدة على الأقل.

(1) the issuing company committed to inviting a group of owners first meeting within one month from the end of the privatization process of the instruments before; to elect the owners of instruments, and through inviting mailed instruments owners group (14) at least fourteen days from the date of the meeting, the company issued announcing this meeting in one of the dailies in Arabic language at least once.

Results (English) 2:

(1) the issuing company is committed to inviting the owners of instruments set to hold their first meeting within one month from the end of the allocation of instruments displayed process; for the election of the owners of the instruments body, through an invitation to owners of instruments group mailed before (14) fourteen days prior to the date of contract meeting, and the issuing company announced the meeting in one of the daily newspapers published in Arabic, once at least.

Results (English) 3:

(1) observe the issuing company to invite a group of instruments to hold their first meeting within a month of the completion of the privatization of the instruments before; for the owners of the instruments, by inviting a group of instruments to be mailed at least fourteen (14) days in advance of the date of the meeting, and exporting company of advertising this meeting in a daily newspaper published in Arabic.
