قرر مجلس الإدارة تشكيل لجنة المخاطر

قرر مجلس الإدارة تشكيل لجنة المخاطر والالتزام وذلك لمراقبة عملية ادارة المخاطر الكليه بالمجموعة. كما ان اللجنة مسئوله عن وضع استراتيجية للمخاطر و تطبيق القواعد والأطر والسياسات والقيود. كما تشمل مسؤوليتها قرارات إدارة المخاطر ومراقبة مستوى المخاطر. يتم اصدار تقرير لجنه المخاطر والالتزام بشكل دوري وعرضه على مجلس الإدارة.

Results (English) 1:

The Governing Council decided to form a risk Committee and a commitment to monitor the risk management process macro group. The Committee is also responsible for developing a strategy for risk and application of rules and frameworks and policies and restrictions. It also includes responsibility for risk management decisions and control the level of risk. Risk Committee report is issued and commitment periodically and presented to the Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors decided to establish a Risk Committee and a commitment to monitor the process of risk management college set. That is also responsible for developing a strategy for risk and the application of rules and frameworks, policies and restrictions of the Committee. Responsibility also includes risk management decisions and monitor the level of risk. The issuance of the report of the risk and compliance on a regular basis and presented to the Board of Directors.
