تكون هذه الأحكام، إذا كان العميل فرداً، ملزمة لورثته ومنفذي وصاياه ومديري تَرِكتِه وممثليه الشخصيين وأمنائه وخلفائه، ويوافق الخلفاء على أن حساب الاستثمار يبقى نشطاً ما لم يطلبوا من الشركة إقفاله. وإذا كان العميل شركة محاصة، أو عميلاً مشاركاً، أو شركة محاصة محدودة، أو شركة ذات مسؤولية محدودة أو شخص معنوي آخر،

These provisions, if the client is an individual, binding on the heirs, executors and administrators of his estate, personal representatives and Trustees and his successors, the Caliphs agrees that investment account remains active unless the request from the company. And if the client or customer, joint venture participants, or joint venture limited, or limited liability company or other legal entity,

These provisions are, if the client is an individual, bound to his heirs and executors of his commandments and his estate administrators and personal representatives and trustees and his successors, the caliphs and agrees that the investment account remains active unless the request of the company's closure. If the customer is a joint venture, or agent of participants, limited or joint venture, or a limited liability company or another legal person,
