عدم قانونية أو إلزامية أو بطلان أو فساد أي من الالتزامات الواردة في وثائق المشروع، أو الاحتجاج بأي مما تقدم من قبل المستأجر أو حصول أي تعديلات على تشريعات المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية بعد تاريخ إبرام هذا العقد، بحيث تجعل قيام المستأجر بتنفيذ أي من التزاماته بموجب وثائق المشروع غير قانوني، أو تجعل أي من هذه الالتزامات غير ملزم أو غير نافذ قانوناً

Results (English) 1:

The illegality or mandatory or invalidity or corruption of any of the obligations contained in the project documentation, or invoke any offer by the lessee or any amendments to the Hashemite Kingdom legislation after the date of conclusion of the contract, so as to make the tenant any of its obligations under the project documentation is illegal, or make any of these obligations are not binding or legally unenforceable

Results (English) 2:

Lack of legal or mandatory or invalidity or corruption of any of the obligations contained in the documents of the project, or protest any of the offers by the tenant or for any amendments to the legislation of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan after the date of the conclusion of this contract, so make the tenant to the implementation of any of its obligations under the Project Documents illegal, or make any of these commitments a non-binding or non-enforceable law

Results (English) 3:

No legal or binding or corrupted or invalid with any of the obligations contained in the project documents, or it may be invoked by the lessee or any modifications on the legislation of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan after the date of the contract, so as to make the implementation by the lessee of any of its obligations under the project documents, illegal, or make any these commitments are legally binding or not effective.
