كما تسعى الدراسة لتوضيح دور اللجان كتغذية راجعة لمتخذي القرارات في جهازي الجوازات و الدفاع المدني، فضلا عن التنبيه لأهمية التعاون و التنسيق بين الجهات الرسمية من خلال تشكيل اللجان التي تسهم في التقريب بين وجهات النظر و المساهمة الفعالة في توطيد أواصر التعاون بين الجهات الرسمية من خلال تشكيل لجان تتولى حل المشكلات، و زيادة درجات التنسيق لتحديد طرق و خطوات إنجاز الاعمال المشتركة، و دور كل جهة و مجال عملها بالتنسيق مع الجهات الاخرى، فضلا عن دورها في منع التضارب في الاختصاصات بين الجهات المختلفة
