في نهاية مدة الإيجار، يلتزم المؤجر

في نهاية مدة الإيجار، يلتزم المؤجر بعد أن يقوم المستأجر بتنفيذ جميع شروط هذا العقد، بأن ينقل وعلى سبيل الهبة، ملكية الأصول المؤجرة الموصوفة في متن هذا العقد للمستأجر، وذلك لدى دائرة الأراضي والمساحة المختصة في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية.
