تتضمن التقارير السنوية والنصف السنوية التي يتم يتم تزويد مالكي الوحدات بها إفصاحاً كاملاً عن جميع مصروفات الصندوق، وأن يوضح كل بند من بنود المصروفات على حده والجهة المستفيدة من تلك المصروفات، وأن يتضمن التقرير الرسوم المتعلقة بالاستحواذ على العقار / أو العقارات محل استثمار الصندوق وخطة سير عمل المشوع وأي تغييرات تطرأ عليه بالتفصيل خلال كل فترة.
