إذا رأي مدير الصندوق ان قيمة اصول الصندوق تحت الادارة غير كافية او ان معدل العائد المتوقع لا يكفي للاستمرار في عمليات الصندوق او في حالة وجود تغير في القوانين او اي ظروف اخرى يرى فيها مدير الصندوق انها اسباب مناسبة لتسييل الصندوق، او ان هناك حدثًا متوقعًا سيؤدي إلى اعتبار وجود الصندوق غير نظامي، يكون لمدير الصندوق الحق في انهاء الصندوق بعد الحصول على الموافقة المسبقة لهيئة السوق المالية

Results (English) 1:

If the Fund Manager felt that the value of the Fund's assets under management are inadequate or that the expected rate of return is not sufficient to continue operations of the Fund or in the case of a change in laws or any other circumstances in which the Fund Manager believes they are appropriate reasons to liquidate the Fund, or there is an expected event will be considered as having an irregular Fund, the Fund Manager shall have the right to terminate the Fund after obtaining prior approval of the financial market authority
