(‌ج) وحيث يرغب المستأجر بإعادة استئ

(‌ج) وحيث يرغب المستأجر بإعادة استئجار الأصول المؤجرة محل هذا العقد، إجارة منتهية بالتمليك بموجب أحكام قانون التأجير التمويلي رقم (45) لسنة (2008)، وفق شروط وأحكام هذا العقد، ووفق أحكام ومبادئ وضوابط الشريعة الإسلامية الغراء.
