يهدف إلى إنشاء سفراء للمملكة العربية السعودية حول العالم للتعريف بالصورة المشرفة و الجهود الضخمة التي تبذلها الدولة حكومة وشعباً كما يساهم في تحقيق رؤية المملكة العربية السعودية في تحقيق المستهدف للوصول الى 30 مليون معتمر من أنحاء العالم خلال عام 2030
