1.5.1 الإطلاع على توصية لجنة الترشيحات والمكافآت بشأن تعيين رئيس الشئون المالية (CFO) ورئيس الموارد البشرية والشئون الإدارية (CHRO) والموافقة عليها؛
1.5.2 الإطلاع على التقدم الحاصل/بحث ما يرتبط بموضوع الملاءة المالية (Solvency)؛
1.5.3 الإطلاع على التقدم الحاصل في سير عمل المستشار الفني (McKinsey)؛
1.5.4 إشعار مجلس الإدارة بشأن عدم رغبة المدير العام الأستاذ محمد الخطيب تجديد عقده، وإستقالة كلاً من مدير إدارة تقنية المعلومات بالشركة، ومدير إدارة المخاطر، ومدير إدارة الرقابة النظامية؛
1.5.5 الإطلاع على التقدم الحاصل بشأن تسوية جميع الحسابات العالقة مع الأطراف ذات العلاقة؛
1.5.6 الإطلاع والموافقة على تعميم مؤسسة النقد العربي السعودي رقم (ت.ع.م/91/201607) وتاريخ 12/07/2016م بشأن ممارسات الإكتتاب الواجب إتباعها في مصاريف التأمين الطبي؛
1.5.7 الإطلاع والموافقة على تعميم مؤسسة النقد العربي السعودي رقم (ت.ع.م/89/201606) وتاريخ 21/06/2016م بشأن التأمين الهندسي؛
1.5.8 أمور متفرقة أخرى:
- الإطلاع على خطاب رئيس لجنة المراجعة بشأن وجود إنحراف في بعض أسعار الإكتتاب؛
- الإطلاع والموافقة على الجدول الزمني المُعدّل للإجتماعات المزمع عقدها خلال ما تبقى من عام 2016م.

1.5.1 see the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee on the appointment of CFO (CFO) and Head of Human Resources and Administration (CHRO) and approved;
1.5.2 looking at their progress / Search associated topic of solvency (Solvency);
1.5.3 access on the progress made in the functioning of the Technical Advisor (McKinsey);
1.5.4 board of Directors notice on the unwillingness of the Director - General Mohamed Khatib to renew his contract, and the resignation of both the Director of the Department of information Technology company, and Director of risk management, and Director of the Department of regularity;
1.5.5 see the progress on the settlement of all outstanding accounts with related parties;
1.5.6 see and approve the circulation of the Saudi Arabian Monetary No. Foundation (T.a.m / 91/201607) dated 07.12.2016 regarding expenses that should be followed in underwriting practices medical insurance;
1.5.7 viewing and approval of the mainstream of the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency No. (T.a.m / 89/201606) dated 06.21.2016 regarding engineering insurance;
1.5.8 sporadic other things:
- looking at their speech chairman of the audit Committee on the existence of bias in some of the IPO price;
- see and approve the revised schedule of meetings to be held during the remainder of 2016 m.
