للطرف الأول الموافقة على فسخ هذا العقد في حالة طلب الطرف الثاني على أن تتم تسوية الأجرة ببيع السيارة في المزاد وتسديد مبالغ الأجرة المتبقية ورد قيمة حق التملك للمستأجر للفترة التي دفعها بعد خصم الأرباح المستقبلية مع مراعاة لائحة الايجار التمويلي الصادرة من مؤسسة النقد العربي السعودي بما لا يتعارض مع أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية
