إن مركز الفيصلية هو جزء من مؤسسة الملك فيصل الخيرية وهو مشروع من خمسة مشاريع قامت المؤسسة بتنفيذها على أساس مشروع واحد ينفذ بواسطة مقاول واحد وعلى ذلك لم يكن من السهل تحديد حصة المركز من تكلفة المشروع التي وصلت إلى 2 بليون ريال سعودي إلا أن القوائم المالية المجمعة للمؤسسة تشمل قيمة المشروع وتم إصدار قوائم مالية منفصلة للمركز لتحديد نتائج أعماله قبل الاستهلاك وفي عام 2006 تم تحديد رأسمال المركز على أساس تكلفة المشروع
