الخسارة الكلية أو التدمير أو الأضرا

الخسارة الكلية أو التدمير أو الأضرار التي تؤثر على الأصول المؤجرة بشكل كامل، أو أي واقعة تجعل من الانتفاع من الأصول المؤجرة مستحيلاً، (مع مراعاة التأمين والضمانات المقدمة من أي طرف ثالث بخصوص الأصول المؤجرة) أو في الأحوال التي تجعل من إصلاح ومعالجة الأصول المؤجرة غير مجد من النواحي الاقتصادية.

Results (English) 1:

Total loss or destruction or damage that affect the leased assets, or any reality makes use of leased assets impossible, (taking into account insurance and guarantees provided by any third party concerning leased assets) or in circumstances that make the repair and address leased assets economically unfeasible.

Results (English) 2:

College or destruction or damage affecting the leased assets are fully loss, or any fact make use of the leased assets impossible, (taking into account insurance and guarantees provided by any third party in connection with the leased asset) or in the circumstances that make the repair and treatment of leased assets the glory of the economic aspects.
