في نهاية كل فترة يتم تحديد المصاريف التي حدثت ولم تسدد (تخص الفترة الحالية) ويتم معالجتها محاسبيا بإظهارها في الجانب المدين من االمصروف اوالجانب الدائن من االمصروف المستحق.
