تقوم إدارة المشاريع والتطوير بإرسال قائمة تشمل أرقام الهواتف وعدادات المياه و الكهرباء مع أرقام الحسابات الخاصة بها، لكل فرع من الفروع وذلك قبل افتتاح بأسبوع للمدير العام المدير المالي، وبعد اعتماد المدير العام تقوم الإدارة المالية باتخاذ اجراءات الازمة لإدراجها ضمن نظام سداد.
