البند الثالث:

تسلم الطرف الثاني العين المؤجرة بمنقولاتها بتاريخ اليوم وذلك على سبيل الأمانة لاستعمالها في الغرض الذي خصصت له العين ويلتزم بردها في نهاية المدة المتفق عليها بحالتها المبينة بالبند الثاني وإلا كان مسئولا عن ذلك مدنيا في حالة .................................., وجنائيا في حالة .................................. وفي هذه الحالة يكون للطرف الأول حبس التأمين كتعويض فضلا عن رجوعه على الطرف الثاني بتكملة التعويض لضبط ما ناله من ضرر ما لم يتم التصالح بينهما على تقدير ذلك
