انطلقت المرحلة الأولى من "اعتماد" في منتصف ديسمبر 2019م، حيث يشارك فيها 250 موظفًا من أكثر من 70 شركة من كبرى شركات القطاع الخاص في مسار تدريبي يجمع بين الصفوف الدراسية والتعلم عن بُعد والعمل على مشاريع والتدريب المتخصص. واليوم نتيح الفرصة مجددًا لـ 250 من كوادرنا الوطنية للإلتحاق بالفوج الثاني من المرحلة الأولى وذلك من أجل تأهيلهم ورفع مستوى مهاراتهم القيادية والإشرافية.
