 يدرك العميل ويوافق أن طبيعة ظروف العمل في السوق وفي ظل ظروف معينة قد تجعل من الصعب أو المستحيل تسوية أو تصفية محفظة ما. وفي ظل إدراكه وموافقته تلك فإنه يتنازل عن أي حق أو مطالبة تتعلق بهذه التصفية الجزئية أو الكلية لتسوية الحافظة المعنية.
