8. مناقشة تقرير تقييم الالتزام لإدارة المخاطر:
8.1 وضح الأستاذ الباز بان إدارة المخاطر كانت إدارة جيدة قامت بعمل سياسات وإجراءات لكن المشكلة كانت في تطبيق ذلك.

8.2 قدم الأستاذ الباز تقرير الالتزام الخاص بإدارة المخاطر، وشمل التقرير النتائج التالية:
• عدم اكتمال عملية مراقبة المخاطر.
• عدم اعداد إدارة المخاطر لخطة طوارئ خاصة بالشركة.
• عدم التمكن من تحديد ومراقبة مخاطر السيولة.
• عدم التمكن من تحديد ومراقبة مخاطر الائتمان.


8.3 بعد أن اطلع أعضاء اللجنة على التقرير بالتفصيل تم اتخاذ القرار الآتي:

• lack of preparation of the risk management plan for a private emergency company.
• not being able to identify and control liquidity risk.
• not being able to identify and monitor credit risk.
