يمثل الرصيد قيمة ايجار ارض بمبلغ 6000000 ريال سعودي لاقامة فرع الجامعة في مدينة جدة بالاضافة الى مصاريف استشارات هندسية بقيمة 1,549,713 ريال سعودي ، حيث قامت ادارة الجامعة بفتح حساب مستقل للمشروع ويتم قيد كافة المصاريف كون ان فرع الجامعة في جدة سوف يحتفظ بسجلات محاسبية خاصة .
