The results of the study showed no statistical significant differences at 0.05 or less in vocabulary study on dimensions of empowerment (participation in decision-making, delegation of authority, performance management and career development, motivation, development of creative behavior) to a variable degree, while findings revealed a significant differences at 0.05 significance level, less in vocabulary study on axis I and II (administrative empowerment of reality directors general-education schools in the city of Hafr Al-BatinEnabling administrative constraints, directors of schools of general education in the city of Hafr Al-Batin in the light of the dimensions of empowerment) with variable qualification test showed differences for directors of schools with higher qualification diploma.
