أظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية عند مستوى 0.05 فأقل في اتجاهات مفردات الدراسة حول أبعاد التمكين(المشاركة في اتخاذ القرارات, تفويض السلطة, تطوير الأداء الإداري والمهني, التحفيز,تنمية السلوك الإبداعي) باختلاف متغير المؤهل العلمي.بينما كشفت النتائج عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة 0.05 فأقل في اتجاهات مفردات الدراسة حول المحور الأول والثاني (واقع التمكين الإداري لدى مديرات مدارس التعليم العام في مدينة حفر الباطن, معوقات التمكين الإداري لدى مديرات مدارس التعليم العام في مدينة حفر الباطن على ضوء أبعاد التمكين) باختلاف متغير المؤهل العلمي وأظهر الاختبار الفروق لصالح مديرات المدارس الحاصلات على المؤهل العلمي دبلوم عالي.

Results (English) 1:

The results of the study showed no statistical significant differences at 0.05 or less in vocabulary study on dimensions of empowerment (participation in decision-making, delegation of authority, performance management and career development, motivation, development of creative behavior) to a variable degree, while findings revealed a significant differences at 0.05 significance level, less in vocabulary study on axis I and II (administrative empowerment of reality directors general-education schools in the city of Hafr Al-BatinEnabling administrative constraints, directors of schools of general education in the city of Hafr Al-Batin in the light of the dimensions of empowerment) with variable qualification test showed differences for directors of schools with higher qualification diploma.
